Ines’ Bio
Ines Hegedus-Garcia is a REALTOR® and Director of Strategy and Innovation at Avanti Way Realty in Miami. Ines is at the forefront of the prop-tech industry as a result of her industry leadership and her hands-on approach to technology adoption.
She was the 2019 residential president of The Miami Association of REALTORS® and is currently on the Residential Board of Governors as well as on the Corporate Board. She is also a Director of the Florida REALTORS® as well as a NAR Director. Ines chairs the 2020 Emerging Technology Committee at Florida REALTORS® and is a member of the Federal Tech Committee at NAR. Ines serves on the Second Century Ventures board of directors.
Ines has been identified by The National Association of REALTORS® as a thought leader because of her progressive ideas about real estate. Today she is called upon for speaking engagements all over the world to educate others on the power of new media and Ines’ involvement in leadership, as well as early adoption of social media, have earned her recognition and respect amongst her peers and clients.
Ines is bilingual and credentialed with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Miami. She specializes in historic real estate and architecture and is a published authors whose articles are read by thousands every month at Miamism.com.
