Jef’s Bio

Jef Conn, yes, one F; his parents only had one F to give, is a Commercial agent in Lubbock, TX specializing in Office & Industrial properties. All he learned about real estate, he learned in prison, relax, he was tasked with selling them, not being incarcerated. Jef loves the process of helping businesses and investors realize growth and prosperity through the commercial real estate market. Jef also loves to serve and give back to his industry. He was the President of the Lubbock REALTORS® in 2017 and serves on the Texas REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Jef is a graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, class of 2019 and currently serves on the NAR Young Professionals Network Advisory Board (2019-2020) representing Region 10. When not working, Jef gives back to his community, serving for seven years as a board member of the Family Guidance and Outreach Center, a local nonprofit dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. Most importantly, Jef thrives on cookies (chocolate chip) and always welcomes surprise boxes mailed to his office (hint).
