Matt’s Bio
Matt Difanis is the 2020 NAR Professional Standards Chair, and he will serve as the 2021 Chair of the Professional Standards Procedures and Interpretations Advisory Board. Matt served as the 2018 President of the Illinois REALTORS®. For his work in improving inclusion and promoting fair housing, Matt has received awards from the Dearborn REALTIST Board, the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Greater Chicagoland Chapter, and the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Industry Partners.
Matt is broker-owner of RE/MAX Realty Associates with offices in Champaign, Mahomet, and Monticello, Illinois. His wife, Angelle, is a nurse practitioner, and they have two kids, Gabe (15) and Izzy (12).
